Returns Policy

Only unopened Pocket-Size Bartender Guides are returnable.

If return issue arises from our mistake or from a physical product defect, we will be responsible for all return shipping fees. In all other cases, return postage fees is the buyers full responsibility. Please make sure when purchasing your items you provide correct information. Shipping fees are not refunded in returns. If you purchased over 500 guides and got free shipping, our standard shipping fee (determined by the weight of your order) will be deducted plus the restocking fee.

All sales are final... A  restocking fee applies on all returns.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges: Only unopened Pocket-Size Bartender Guides are exchangable.  

If return issue arises from our mistake (sending you the wrong item) or from a physical product defect, there is no fee for it's exchange. The exchange will be for the same product, or in the case of a mistake, the product that was originally ordered.

Just send back the unopened item, along with a note to explain the discrepancy. be sure to include , first and last name of the person the purchase was made under. Once the problem has been verified, we will ship your items using next day shipping.

( If its a gift all we need is the cardholder's name of the person who gave it to you and we will exchange it for you, no need to go back to the person who gave you the gift)

Refunds Policy

All sales are final. There are NO REFUNDS offered on our guides and only exchanges that are verified to have arisen from our mistake or from a physical product defect will be honored.
